International fairs

During 2005 the Consortium attended some of the most important fairs of the agro-industrial sector:

ANUGA is one of the main review, which attracts a very large number of foreign visitors every year (about 168.000 visitors coming from more than 150 countries). It takes place in a very strategic location since Germany represents the main destination country for the Italian agro-industrial products. With its ten fairs Anuga alone offers different synergies: fairs having a common theme are grouped in order to create a simple structure with an easy access. Moreover, the ten fairs take advantage from ANUGA as a whole: great appeal, international echo, detailed information on innovation.

LUCAN 2000 represents the second initiative of the member companies of the Consortium abroad. The fair takes place every year in Ireland and aims at promoting the agro-industrial sector from a commercial point of view.

The experience of LUCAN 2000, held with success in previous years by the companies of the Dertona Export Consortium, has been proposed once again to enhance the relationships started and to identify new potential clients, this thanks also to the fame acquired.
